Application Support (1 year contract)

Monitor and maintain application system, including troubleshooting, bug fixing and queries
Performing daily business process jobs
Analyze issues in IT systems and provide timely solution. Gather and analyze new user requirements
Produce functional specification and technical documentation
System testing and upgrade with regional team
Work closely with internal Business, IT stakeholders and regional team to ensure the work above are properly delivered
Provide timely status reporting and risk assessment to IT management
Production system support during non-office hours if needed

University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
2 years’ relevant working experience in production system support, and issue management
Strong Knowledge of MS SQL
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules / resources while remaining focused on team goals
Technical experience using relational database, web services, workflow system, intranet portals, Net programming is an advantage
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English.
