What’s the role?
You’ll be right at the heart of helping regional businesses grow, supporting Relationship Managers to build strong, trusted connections across our Northern NSW portfolio. This is a permanent role based in Moree, NSW.

Day to day, you’ll help shape quality deals by supporting credit submissions, structuring lending solutions and analysing financial performance. You’ll bring a sharp eye for risk and opportunity, helping ensure every client interaction reflects the strength of our relationships.

Working across commercial and agribusiness customers, you’ll play a key role in keeping portfolios strong, sustainable and set up for long-term success.

What do I need?
• Experience in banking, finance or lending with exposure to financial analysis
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and customers
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to support team outcomes
• Confidence working through complex information and making sound decisions
• Passion for agribusiness and supporting regional Australia
