What you do
- Assist Department Head to manage a dedicated team of business managers (channel sales) to acquire operating accounts of offshore/local companies as part of Bank’s strategy to grow CASA base and market share.
- To manage the daily operation of team to ensure delivery of quality service and meet job objectives such as SLA on account onboarding, conduct CDD by risk base approach, monitor capacity and daily productivity etc.
- Ensure client services are provided and in compliance with the Bank internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Play a key role in leading the team to engage and build a good relationship with Corporate Secretaries for quality referral and collaborate closely with different internal stakeholders.
- Engage in project to support new initiatives/business model of the Bank.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
- Proven experience working with CSPs or within a similar regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of AML standards, client onboarding, and nominee arrangements.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
