In this role, you’ll turn strategy into action, delivering high‑quality, customer-focused credit submissions that power Judo’s growth, contributing to outcomes that genuinely support Australian SMEs.

- Deliver accurate, compliant and commercially sound credit submissions by analysing financials, assessing risk and preparing clear, decision‑ready credit papers
- Enable seamless deal execution by advising on loan structures, supporting settlements and maintaining speed to market without compromising quality
- Partner across teams to support origination, including with credit and brokers, and improve ways of working that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes
- Take accountability for continuous improvement, contributing ideas that strengthen Judo’s credit proposition, systems and processes
Qualifications
You’ll likely bring:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or a related field
- A tertiary qualification in Finance or Business, or a related discipline
- Strong financial acumen and credit writing capability
- High levels of digital literacy and confidence working across systems
- Well developed investigative, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Australian working rights
