Job Description

Now, about this opportunity…

This is a front office role whereby you'll play a key part in Judo’s Structured Finance team, supporting the ongoing growth and management of our securitisation lending business.

You'll work closely with a small team of Associate Directors and Directors, supporting both new and existing customers while helping to deliver tailored securitisation financing solutions. Judo specialises in a range of asset classes that support the SME economy and require strong analytical capability, commercial acumen and attention to detail.

Internally, you'll work closely with the broader Structured Finance team, as well as Credit, Risk, Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders, contributing to outcomes that genuinely support Australian SMEs and fuel Judo’s continued growth.

If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:

  • Support a portfolio of existing securitisation customer relationships and assist with ongoing transaction management activities.
  • Review monthly investor and transaction reporting to monitor performance and ensure compliance with transaction documentation.
  • Support new customer origination activities, including market research and transaction execution support.
  • Contribute to credit papers for private warehouse securitisation facilities and assist with cash flow and portfolio analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while identifying and escalating potential issues early.

Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

    • Experience within Financial Services, Securitisation, Treasury, Rating Agencies or Non Bank Financial Institutions
    • Understanding of Credit Analysis and Structured Finance Concepts
    • Strong Analytical Capability, Including Financial Modelling and Data Analysis Skills
    • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
    • Strong Attention to Detail with the Ability to Identify and Escalate Potential Issues
    • Problem Solving Capability and a Willingness to Challenge the Status Quo and Drive Continuous Improvement

If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply – your experience, mindset and potential matter to us.
