Job Description

As a Banker, Enterprise Transactional, you will provide comprehensive support to the Banker, Relationship, Enterprise Direct team by: - Servicing customers and attending to their banking queries in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer requests and resolving issues

• Providing credit administration support, including documentation review, compliance verification, and facility management - Identifying and assessing customer needs to support relationship development and cross-selling opportunities - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to banking processes and regulatory requirements
• Liaising between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction execution - Supporting the preparation and maintenance of customer files and credit documentation - Contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service standards within the Enterprise Direct segment

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field

Experience

1-2 Years
