Job Description
What you'll do
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Implementation Intern to support our team in managing and organizing critical client documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll maintain and update client onboarding trackers, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You'll manage the Letter of Engagement (LOE) repository, ensuring proper document filing, control, and record maintenance.
- You'll monitor onboarding activities, track progress against key milestones, and support timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- You'll perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation across internal systems and databases to ensure data integrity.
- You'll support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives while carrying out additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and Power Query.
- You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
- You communicate effectively and professionally with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- You possess strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to evaluate data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
