 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate across all title levels
• Positive attitude and desire to learn
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
• Superior judgment, professionalism, and poise
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality 
• Outstanding client service focus
• Experience with artificial intelligence, reporting, data analytics, data tracking, and/or online applicant tracking systems
• Ability to travel periodically, including overnight travel

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards and reports using applicant tracking system and Excel-based data tools; monitor key performance indicators such as candidate yield, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and year-over-year recruiting trends to inform strategy and forecasting
• Coordinate event logistics - including presentations, interviews, campus activities and events, conferences, greeting candidates, arranging catering, etc.
• Manage the candidate expense reimbursement process
• Manage the creation, distribution, and collection of employment related materials such as offer letters, onboarding materials, background check authorizations, etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers; host events on various U.S. campuses 
• Perform other various administrative responsibilities related to campus recruiting

Primary Location: New York Full Time Salary Range of $75,000-$80,000 + OT eligibility
