Job Summary

We are looking for energetic talents with to-win mindset and strong aspiration to grow career in FX advisory and dealing field. With good understanding of financial market and knowledge in FX asset class, the role would need to perform daily FX execution and high-level advisory services to both internal and external stakeholders. Moreover, this is also an ideal opportunity to get in touch to a wider investment community as the role would involve interaction and communication with sales, traders, analysts, strategists, and economists in the market.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute long-term strategic and tactical plans to capture FX business opportunities across the Bank’s Hong Kong footprint.
•    Expand the FX client base by delivering professional advisory, distribution, and execution services to Private Banking clients and Relationship Managers.

•    Provide timely financial market updates, FX insights, and investment or trading strategies to Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, DAC, and clients.
•    Drive achievement of CMPS FX Hong Kong revenue targets through proactive client engagement, product advisory, and execution support.
•    Build and maintain strong working relationships with Front Office, Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, DAC, and key internal business partners.
•    Lead FX product ideation, structuring, feature enhancement, service improvement, and operational upgrade initiatives to strengthen product competitiveness.
•    Monitor business performance, market competitors, and key KPIs to identify opportunities and take actions that support business growth.
•    Ensure all FX activities, execution practices, controls, and advisory services comply with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and best execution standards.

Qualifications

•    University graduate, professional qualification including CFA/FRM/CPA would be a plus
•    6-8 years of experience in Finance/Sales/Dealing field, FX Dealing experience would be a plus
•    Solid understanding of Wealth Management Industry, either in Private Banking or Retail Banking
•    Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
