Job Description:
The Technology Enablement Associate is a hands-on delivery role responsible for creating and maintaining the materials, learning experiences, and operational support that help Crowe employees adopt technology effectively. Working with the Technology Enablement Leader and cross-functional partners, the Associate turns enablement plans into polished, practical deliverables for enterprise platforms and emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, and collaboration tools.
This role is expected to own assigned deliverables from initial draft through final completion. The Associate will create content, prepare and support workshops, maintain knowledge resources, coordinate launch activities, test tools, gather feedback, and track adoption results. Work will be guided by the Technology Enablement Leader, but the Associate should be able to manage defined assignments independently, identify issues early, and recommend improvements rather than waiting for detailed direction.
Based in India and working second shift, the Associate will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Crowe's global organization. Success is demonstrated through high-quality deliverables produced on time, reliable program execution, current and usable enablement content, accurate reporting, and a positive experience for employees adopting new technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce Enablement Deliverables: Create audience-ready presentations, user guides, job aids, FAQs, short videos, playbooks, communications, facilitator materials, knowledge articles, and other enablement assets using established standards and templates.
• Support and Deliver Learning Experiences: Prepare short video demonstrations, coordinate office hours, support learning Guilds, and community sessions; coordinate logistics, develop agendas and exercises, capture actions, and facilitate portions of sessions as experience grows.
• Execute Launch and Adoption Activities: Complete assigned activities within launch and adoption plans, including stakeholder communications, readiness checklists, training coordination, support materials, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain Knowledge and Content Libraries: Publish, organize, review, and refresh content in SharePoint, Teams, knowledge hubs, and other repositories so users can quickly find accurate and relevant guidance.
• Test Tools and Document Use Cases: Participate in early testing of new tools and features, document workflows and business use cases, identify user experience or enablement gaps, and summarize recommendations.
• Track Adoption and Feedback: Maintain trackers and dashboards, compile survey and usage data, categorize user feedback, identify common themes, and prepare clear progress updates for Technology Enablement leadership.
• Coordinate Work and Follow-Through: Manage assigned tasks, action logs, review cycles, deadlines, and dependencies; communicate status and risks and ensure commitments are completed.
• Collaborate Across Business and Technology: Work with Technology, Learning, Communications, Change Enablement, Business Unit teams, technical Guilds, and other partners to gather information and deliver coordinated enablement activities.
• Promote Responsible Technology Use: Incorporate approved guidance on data protection, technology risk, AI governance, and ethical use into materials and learning activities in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Continuously Improve: Stay current on relevant technology and enablement practices, incorporate feedback, and propose practical ways to improve content quality, delivery efficiency, and the employee experience.
EXAMPLES OF EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
• User guides, job aids, FAQs, playbooks, knowledge articles, and quick-reference materials such as short videos
• Workshop decks, demonstrations, exercises, facilitator guides, attendance records, and follow-up actions
• Launch communications, readiness checklists, office-hours materials, and support resources
• Tool-testing scripts, documented use cases, feedback summaries, and recommendations
• Adoption trackers, dashboards, survey summaries, status reports, and outcome highlights
• Content inventories, review calendars, work plans, meeting notes, and action logs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, communications, education, organizational development, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education, training, internship, project or relevant work experience will be considered.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience preferred in technology enablement, digital adoption, learning, communications, technical writing, project coordination, or a related area. Internships, academic projects, volunteer experience, and portfolio work may be considered; strong entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Should be comfortable work in 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift
• Ability to create clear, well-organized presentations, documents, and other materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Examples may come from academic, internship, volunteer, or professional work.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills and an interest in explaining technology concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Good organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and ask for guidance when needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Exposure to Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools is helpful but not required, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Interest in generative AI tools and emergent technology. Prior professional experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools is a plus, but is not required.
• Willingness to take ownership of defined assignments, learn from feedback, raise questions, and communicate potential issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations, including participation in occasional meetings across time zones based on business needs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in public accounting, consulting, professional services, or another global corporate environment.
• Experience creating learning content, technical documentation, internal communications, demonstrations, or short instructional videos.
• Exposure to adult learning, instructional design, organizational change management, product enablement, or user adoption methods.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, knowledge libraries, or content-governance processes.
• Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, or with project and work-management tools such as ServiceNow Collaborative Work Management, Microsoft Planner, or Microsoft Project.
• Examples of prior work that demonstrate clear writing, strong presentation design, structured thinking, and careful execution.
