The Commercial Credit Support role provides operational and administrative support to the Commercial Credit team by ensuring accurate reporting, timely task completion, effective coordination, and reliable data management. This position is suitable for an internal candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail, ownership of daily processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the team.
- Manage daily operational reports and ensure all assigned reporting timelines, deadlines, and schedules are met.
- Track and record daily production activities, including worklists, inbound and outbound emails, CLICs, overdue accounts, and cancelled accounts within required timelines.
- Support administrative and operational activities such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining shared records.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records and update shared files to support data integrity, informed decision-making, and smooth workflow management.
- Communicate clearly through email and phone, relay important updates within the team, and support effective coordination across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to follow established procedures, support daily operations, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Identify routine operational issues, resolve them where appropriate, and escalate complex matters in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and productive team environment by providing reliable support to colleagues and the wider operations team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and shared file management tools.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain reliable records and data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate professionally with internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, think critically, and recommend practical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the team, support colleagues, and contribute to shared team goals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, operational requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and a professional attitude in managing assigned responsibilities.
