As a Senior Associate Product Analyst in the Corporate Compliance team, you will support AI-enabled transformation initiatives that improve how compliance teams work, make decisions, and deliver outcomes. You partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, capture requirements, and translate business needs into high-quality delivery artifacts. You help connect customer pain points to product strategy, support backlog management, and measure product outcomes. You gain hands-on exposure to product management in a complex, regulated environment, with a focus on partnership, measurable results, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as a voice of the customer by engaging stakeholders, synthesizing feedback, and helping prioritize opportunities for business value
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer personas, compliance workflows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify and recommend AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience
  • Elicit, capture, and validate business requirements through interviews, working sessions, and document review
  • Translate business needs into structured delivery artifacts (Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) aligned to product standards
  • Connect customer pain points to product strategy and roadmap themes, ensuring traceability to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Technology partners to drive shared understanding of scope, dependencies, and risks
  • Promote consistent product management practices and high-quality delivery artifacts across the product lifecycle
  • Support backlog management activities, including refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning preparation
  • Assist with product discovery activities, including research, feedback synthesis, and process mapping
  • Support measurement of product outcomes, adoption, and impact, and contribute to continuous improvement recommendations

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3 years plus of experience in product, business analysis, project delivery, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into structured documentation
  • Strong relationship management skills, with ability to influence without authority and communicate trade-offs clearly
  • Foundational understanding of Agile delivery and hands-on experience with Jira
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document complex needs clearly and concisely
  • Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, assess needs, and measure product impact
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in and openness to adopting AI-enabled ways of working, including AI-assisted workflows

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience writing acceptance criteria using Behavior-Driven Development formats (e.g., Given/When/Then)
  • Experience in financial services, compliance, risk, controls, or a regulated environment
  • Exposure to customer discovery techniques, user research, journey mapping, or voice-of-customer practices
  • Experience with AI-enabled transformation initiatives, such as process automation, GenAI-assisted workflow redesign, or intelligent triage
