As a Data Model and Product Manager within the Wholesale Credit Risk team, you will collaborate with credit risk teams, technology partners, and subject matter experts to onboard portfolios and deliver new product features. You finalize financial data models, identify and implement technology enhancements, and leverage AI and large language models for innovative use cases. You help shape product strategy, influence technical solutions, and drive product development to deliver value across credit risk and banking.
Job responsibilities:
• Finalize financial data models for portfolios by partnering with credit risk stakeholders and customers
• Identify and define new technology features or enhancements needed to implement data models
• Leverage large language models and AI for new use cases, including LLM-based financial spreading for data models
• Contribute to product strategy and vision to deliver value to credit risk and banking customers
• Partner with solution architects and technologists to influence technical approaches for business outcomes
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and drive data-driven decisions
• Provide product demos and conduct review and feedback sessions with key stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization
• Drive product development with teams of developers, designers, and product specialists
• Manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and product updates
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 6 years plus of experience in credit risk, data strategy, product management, or related capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and build strong partnerships
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
• High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
• Understanding of financial data and its relevance for credit and banking use cases
• Ability to lead, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions
• Proficiency in process re-engineering or similar disciplines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience implementing AI-based solutions
• Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs
