Job Description
Leads content strategy and copy development across digital marketing channels, creating compelling, customer-focused content that drives engagement, consideration, and business growth. Partners with Marketing, Product, UX, SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Compliance teams to develop and optimize content experiences across product pages, marketing web pages, thought leadership programs, virtual events, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies that support business goals, customer needs, and digital marketing objectives.
Write and oversee high-impact marketing copy for product pages, campaign landing pages, thought leadership content, client stories, email campaigns, virtual events, and multimedia assets.
Serve as a copywriting leader, ensuring content is clear, persuasive, on-brand, and optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive content experiences across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
Establish and maintain voice, tone, messaging, editorial standards, and content governance best practices.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
Expertise in digital content strategy, product marketing, and web content development.
Strong understanding of SEO, customer journey mapping, and content performance optimization.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional content initiatives.
Data-driven approach to measuring and improving content impact.
Primary Focus: Creating impactful marketing content and digital experiences that strengthen brand authority, improve customer engagement, and drive conversion and business growth.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Five or more years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated experience creating and executing content strategies for digital channels.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience developing customer-focused marketing content.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners to deliver content solutions that support business objectives.
Location Expectations:
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,530.00 - $101,800.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
