Job Title

Customer Service - Associate II

Process merchant account boarding requests with accuracy and adherence to defined SLAs.

Perform updates and maintenance on existing merchant accounts based on client requests or internal triggers.

Validate and input data from boarding templates, ensuring completeness and correctness.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain documentation and audit trails for all account changes and setups.

Support large-scale client implementations by managing backend setup tasks.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Escalate issues proactively and follow through to resolution.

Shift Requirements

Flexible to work any shift starting between 7:00 AM IST and 8:00 PM IST.

Shift allocation will be based on business needs and may vary periodically.
