Chubb is seeking a dedicated Cyber Underwriter to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will specialize in underwriting Cyber risks and hold overall responsibility for the Danish and Norwegian portfolios, contributing to our continued growth and market positioning.

As a Cyber Underwriter, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with Danish and Norwegian brokers, driving new business, and growing our portfolio in line with strategic targets for growth, pricing, and retention.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers across Denmark and Norway
• Promote Chubb’s capabilities and build a profitable Cyber portfolio positioning Chubb as a preferred market across major accounts and middle market business.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen by identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional service and quality
• Ensure rigorous quality control through underwriting and peer reviews
• Deliver outstanding service to brokers and clients, responding to cross-sell and new business opportunities while monitoring retention
• Hold overall responsibility for the Danish and Norwegian Cyber portfolios

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of underwriting processes, preferably within Cyber insurance, and familiarity with the insurance market and competitors
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Business & Law, Economics, or similar.
• Strong commercial drive and a customer-centric approach
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Results-oriented, disciplined, and ambitious, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Danish and proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered an asset
