Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and team player
  • Proactiveness, flexibility, eagerness to learn and adapt at a high speed, as well as ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Interest and/or experience in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and/or Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) is a plus
  • Interest and/or experience in working with collection and analysis of data
  • Working knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.). Proficiency in SQL is a plus
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including fluency in Swedish and English (proficiency in other Nordic and/or European languages is an advantage)

Education

  • Currently enrolled in the Bachelor or Master´s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work during program dates: December 2026 (flexible), 6-12 months

Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing and inserting/updating Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) data in the database according to the business process
  • Support the process of collecting, analyzing and inserting/updating information on Relatives and Close Associates (RCA) by using research in open and/or available sources
  • Use, develop and implement relevant AI techniques to enhance manual processes
  • Research relevant EU Regulation and utilize findings to build requirements for data aggregation
  • Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, including internal procedures, data collection methods, and definitions
  • Contribute with ideas to improve workflows for better accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships with team member

Our Premium data operations team is responsible for managing and enhancing the quality of Moody’s Analytics KYC GRID Database. We contribute to Moody’s by providing the foundational data that our clients rely on for risk assessment and decision-making, ensuring the integrity of our analytics platform. Our team also supports clients by responding to data-related inquiries and delivering timely assistance.
