Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately when maintaining and updating company data
• Ability to review and validate information to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Experience working with company databases or related systems is preferred
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred
• Ability to complete a 3-month internship, with a possibility of extension, with availability to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and validation of company data by matching datasets and updating subscriber-facing databases.

• Maintain company databases available to subscribers in a timely and accurate manner
• Match global company datasets with existing records in online databases
• Support internal stakeholders in accessing and utilizing data effectively
• Validate and clean incoming datasets to ensure data quality and consistency
• Assist with projects spanning different geographic regions

About the Team
Our Data Estate team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality, accuracy, and completeness of company data used across Moody's online databases. We support internal stakeholders, validate and enrich global datasets, and help ensure that our data products deliver reliable insights to clients worldwide. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in global company data projects across multiple geographic regions and business domains, while supporting Moody's adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions that help improve the efficiency of our data operations.
