Chubb is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive media and content creation initiatives for High Net Worth (HNW) clients. As a member of the marketing team, you will focus on building brand awareness, generating leads, creating content and supporting business growth within the insurance industry.

Position Summary

This position supports multi-channel digital marketing efforts while ensuring messaging remains clear, engaging, and aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to help deliver marketing programs that simplify complex insurance products and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing strategies across paid media, creative assets, SEO, and content development

  • Assist with creative development and help ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual standards

  • Develop content for digital channels tailored to high-net-worth audiences

  • Support lead generation and awareness initiatives through integrated media campaigns

  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver compliant, effective marketing programs

  • Monitor campaign performance and share recommendations for improvement

  • Write and edit content for digital channels, including web pages, emails and campaign assets.

  • Create and edit marketing copy for digital channels, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media or content strategy

  • Strong understanding of media and digital content development

  • Experience working in regulated industries, preferably insurance or financial services

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

The pay range for the role is $99,000 to $121,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
