POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a hands-on lifecycle marketer who loves turning strategy into precise, high-performing campaigns? We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our lifecycle marketing team and help execute customer engagement programs across key member channels. This role will focus on campaign execution across email, SMS, push, and direct mail, helping drive engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
You will build, launch, QA, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys. You will partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, Content, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Marketing Technology to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, compliant, and effective. You will also help improve how campaigns get built by documenting processes, identifying execution gaps, and recommending scalable workflow improvements.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will contribute ideas and recommendations that shape lifecycle programs. Success means campaigns launch reliably, workflows scale cleanly, testing and reporting improve over time, and customers receive relevant, high-quality communications.
If you're an execution-focused marketer with strong technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for improving customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Execute and Optimize Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail.
- Translate campaign briefs and lifecycle strategies into accurate audience segments, creative setup, workflows, and QA plans.
- Develop and update HTML email templates, dynamic content, and personalization logic.
- Configure automated journeys triggered by customer behavior, lifecycle stage, product events, and business rules.
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring for assigned initiatives.
Own Operational Quality and QA
- QA templates, links, tracking, personalization, data logic, targeting, suppressions, triggers, rendering, and end-to-end workflows.
- Maintain campaign documentation, process checklists, naming conventions, reusable templates, and operational best practices.
- Troubleshoot platform, data, rendering, or workflow issues in partnership with Marketing Technology, Analytics, Product, and Engineering.
- Ensure campaigns follow brand, compliance, consent, deliverability, and customer experience standards.
Support Testing, Measurement, and Optimization
- Set up A/B tests, holdouts, and other experiments in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing and Analytics.
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve targeting, timing, messaging, personalization, and channel mix.
- Use customer data, behavioral signals, and performance reporting to refine segmentation and campaign execution.
- Turn learnings into repeatable improvements that make future campaigns faster, cleaner, and more effective.
Manage Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Content, Design, Product, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Marketing Technology to move campaigns from brief to launch.
- Proactively clarify requirements, flag blockers, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed on status and risks.
- Balance competing campaign needs while protecting quality, compliance, and the customer experience.
- Recommend improvements to tools, workflows, QA practices, and execution processes.
