Digital Product Owner - Communication Platforms

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to play a central role in major platform modernization and transformation initiatives. Working across business and technology teams, you will help assess existing capabilities, understand business processes, identify requirements, and support the transition from legacy solutions to modern platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating complex environments, connecting the dots across multiple stakeholders, and turning business knowledge into actionable requirements and delivery plans. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing platforms, services, and business processes to understand how they support business operations today.
• Engage with stakeholders across different business and technology functions to capture knowledge, document requirements, and build a shared understanding of future needs.
• Identify business capabilities, dependencies, risks, and opportunities that need to be considered as part of modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external partners to help define target solutions and migration approaches.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs while balancing business value, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to support decision making and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.

 

Required Qualification 

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in environments where information is distributed across many stakeholders and documentation may be incomplete.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working with communication, messaging, integration, or platform-based solutions is highly valued.
