Equities Tech Business Analyst, Wealth Management

Roles & Responsibilities
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technical projects within the financial domain.
•  Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams.
•  Assist in the design and implementation of solutions, utilizing technologies such as Spring Framework and microservice.
•  Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
•  Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
•  Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
•  Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Requirements
•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  More than 8 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, preferably within the financial sector.
•  Strong understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, software development methodologies, and relevant programming languages.
•  Experience with Spring Framework and Microsoft technologies is highly desirable.
•  Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
•  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
