- Location: Sydney-Barangaroo
- On-site Requirement: 3 days in the office per week
- Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential with flexibility on days aligning to events and Head of requirements.
What’s the role?
As one of our Executive Assistants, you’ll be our trusted partner keeping the engine running! Supporting two business Heads in UNITE, you’ll provide high-trust, proactive, and end-to-end executive support.
In this role, you’ll own diary and inbox management, making sure every meeting, message and follow up is handled with care and precision. You’ll coordinate travel, expenses and events. From town halls to offsites, you will provide tailored executive support in a fast-paced environment.

What do I need?
- Proven Executive Assistant Experience supporting senior Executives (Head of/GM) in a high volume, complex organization within Financial Services. Ideally to have previous Westpac experience.
- Exceptional diary, inbox and workflow management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, proactively manage competing priorities and ensure leaders are well prepared
- Experience with enabling team engagement and a positive team culture
- Strong digital skills across tools such as use of AI, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- A thoughtful, forward-looking approach to how AI can support day-to-day work to enhance efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in everything you do
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
