Support financial reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives within FCA, including automation and AI-driven transformation, to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support finance-related projects, including system enhancements and regulatory initiatives
• Identify process gaps and drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives
• Champion and implement AI/automation solutions to streamline reporting processes and improve productivity
• Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data integrity
• Support ad hoc assignments and management requests, including analysis, reporting, and special projects as required
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials (e.g., slides and decks) for management updates, committees, project and regulatory discussions

Key Requirements:

• Technically savvy with exposure to data tools, automation, or AI initiatives (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, RPA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive change and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
