Job Summary

The role will lead the Business Management Unit – Credit Analytics & Support Team in daily operations and credit-related ad-hoc projects if necessary.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the team to perform credit analytics and support tasks including financial spreading, searches and ratings

  • Proactively implement credit portfolio control, monitoring and reporting in a timely and accurate manner

  • Collaborate with Credit & Loan Operation to streamline processes in credit approval and loans disbursement

  • Assist to conduct credit portfolio analysis / portfolio review and participate in bank-wide credit related projects

  • Liaise with frontlines and internal teams to formulate and review internal workflows and guidelines on credit-related aspects

  • Ensure the Division is following the bank’s governing credit policies and regulatory requirement

  • Perform ad-hoc credit-related tasks and projects including audit reviews and system enhancement projects

What we are looking for

  • University degree in business related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word and Excel

  • Experience in Credit Support and Team Leading is an advantage

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Attentive to details and proactive

  • Possess ECF - Credit Risk Management (CRM) - Professional level - Role 1 & 2 is preferred
