As a Finance Business Manager you will serve as a strategic partner to Finance executives, helping drive organizational effectiveness, communications, engagement, and execution of key business priorities. While maintaining core business management responsibilities including governance, planning, reporting coordination, real estate planning, and stakeholder management, this role is heavily focused on executive communications, employee engagement, event management, leadership support, and organizational connectivity. You will be expected to bring teams together, ensuring leaders are prepared, informed, and connected while fostering a positive employee experience across the organization.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
Lead executive communications including town halls, leadership updates, organizational announcements, and messaging strategies.
Manage end-to-end planning of town halls, offsites, leadership meetings, and employee engagement events, including agendas, content development, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Serve as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating communication, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.
Develop presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and executive-ready communications for senior leadership meetings.
Drive employee engagement initiatives focused on culture, recognition, inclusivity, and organizational connectivity.
Support organizational planning activities, including leadership meetings, operating reviews, people discussions, and annual planning cycles.
Manage special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring actions, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are effectively coordinated.
Partner across Finance, HR, Communications, and Business Management teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution of priorities.
Serve as liaison with Corporate Real Estate and workplace planning partners to support headcount growth, location strategy, and seating capacity planning across key sites.
Maintain and deliver regular reporting on seat utilization, occupancy trends, capacity forecasts, and space optimization opportunities to support business decision-making.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in business support, communications, event planning, or employee engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills and can translate complex information into clear, engaging, and executive-friendly messaging.
Experience managing multiple events, stakeholders, and engagement programs in a corporate environment
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to interpret and present feedback and engagement data.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with a natural ability to build relationships and establish trust at all levels of the organization.
