Develop, analyze, and interpret financial KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable insights and leveraging modern tools to support and influence business decision-making Support and/or own the effectiveness of financial operations and supporting systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and strong control execution Drive process improvements and leverage technology solutions, including emerging AI tools, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations Contribute across Finance and Accounting functions to support operational priorities, continuous improvement, and evolving business needs Lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, and process transformation efforts Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial systems and processes with business needs Monitor and improve financial system performance, data integrity, and user experience Support business growth and integration activities by establishing and reinforcing consistent, scalable Finance processes Develop and document process flows, controls, and system workflows (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)
