About this role:

In this role you will:
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and workflow optimization.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions using approved business automation tools and technologies.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help drive process improvements and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend automation enhancements.
- Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, this incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently or in a collaborative team setting
Work Experience and Education
- Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s (rising senior) or higher from an accredited college or university in General Business, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Math, Statistics or related areas with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship required
- Certified in Automation Anywhere v11 preferred
- Previous internships using Automation Anywhere v11 preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Additional knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, SAS or R is a plus
