As a Business Analyst within the Performance, Reporting, & Insights (PRI) Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting data analysis, automation, and process documentation. You will work closely with team members to manage the Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Your ability to collaborate, manage stress, and maintain strong working relationships will be key to your success.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for efficient data processing.
Create insightful data visualizations to support decision-making.
Automate processes using VBS, VBA, SQL, Python, and Ui-Path.
Document and manage processes using Confluence and SharePoint.
Confidently address stakeholders' data and reporting inquiries.
Operate within an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
Conduct process audits and draft Business Requirement Documents.
Define project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ensure data privacy compliance and manage data access.
Extract and transform data from platforms like Salesforce and Redshift.
Present analytical reports and insights to stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, VBS, VBA, Ui-Path, Batch, Tableau, Google Looker.
Experience with Jira & Confluence
Core Designer Certification in Alteryx.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in fast-paced professional environments, ideally within technology or FinTech.
Advanced Excel Skills.
Strong Data Visualization Skills.
