Investment Solutions Analyst – Private Debt
In this role, you will join the Private debt Portfolio Management team as an Investment Solutions Analyst for Blue Orchard’s Private Debt strategies. You will support the Portfolio management team with their regular tasks but also with ad-hoc research tasks and analysis.
Key tasks
- Data gathering and analysis: collect and analyze data to develop and support investment strategies and help investment decision making.
- Reporting: collect and analyze content to feed reporting tools and prepare presentations and other supporting materials.
- Sector research: collect and organize data to maintain information database.
- Competitive intelligence: maintain the competitor monitoring with quantitative data and qualitative analysis.
Required skills
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field; CFA or similar professional qualification is a plus.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in asset management, investment management, investment consulting, banking or a similar role;
- Good understanding of fixed income and credit markets, including bonds, yield, duration, spreads, ratings, benchmarks and portfolio risk characteristics; experience with emerging markets, impact investing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; data management tools, programming experience, AI-enabled knowledge tools is a plus;
- Professional proficiency in English required.
