The Client Onboarding & Documentation Controls Team is focused on ensuring a robust control environment for Wholesale KYC Operations, Digital Document Services, Client Tax Operations, and the Firmwide KYC Quality Assurance teams through the proactive identification and timely remediation of risk. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for AML/KYC cases, including regulatory exams, internal/external audits, and compliance testing and monitoring.
  • Develop and validate data sets to minimize risks of external reporting errors.
  • Assist in creating metrics presentations for management and log all workload in Jira for metrics tracking.
  • Maintain consistent communication and deliver responsive documentation to LATAM stakeholders; track and report findings and remediation actions. Build strong partnerships with Compliance, onboarding, banking, Oversight & Controls, Legal, Internal Audit, and Operations teams.
  • Provide support for requests from examiners, auditors, and testers; prepare sample KYC files and responses or coordinate with subject matter experts to gather, review, and submit information.
  • Gain familiarity with various data sources, platforms, and tools.

     

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative approach across teams and functions.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrates strong ownership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx and data analytics skill,  coding languages, or AI is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus..
