Job Description: Responsible to the Regional President for maximizing and overseeing the growth of our membership, sales production , goal achievement, and the day-to-day operations of the ir assigned Market retail offices ; and for the service and support functions of the retail offices . Proactively bring new ideas and implementation strategy processes to better the organization. Responsible and Accountable for: • Coordinates and administers sales policy to all managers and MSRs focusing on bringing in business for the Credit Union. • Responsible for researching member inquiries to ensure increased sales, proper follow-up and serves as a role model to branch staff to deliver quality service and sales behaviors. • Ensures the Credit Union tradition of quality member service while maximizing the financial service capacity of each member. • Enforce the principles of the Vision, Mission, and Values to promote member satisfaction and employee satisfaction to enhance a positive member experience through all retail offices. • Directs the development and implementation of the strategic objectives in providing member services through proper policies and procedures. • Complies with all record keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of credit union operations and retail delivery services and systems. • Ability to successfully coach and develop employees regarding audit procedures with the intent that all branches will pass their audits – Market Director will be responsible for audit reviews and will work with branch management on correction of audit findings from Monthly audits and Supervisory Committee audits. • Ability to successfully lead and motivate assigned sales team in achieving organizational goals. • Ability to coach, mentor and provide timely feedback for assigned employees. • Ability to accurately synthesize reporting data to achieve sales organization goals. • Experience in managing Floater Manager, Teller and MSR Pool operations. • Proven record of establishing and adhering to high standards. • Outstanding customer (member) service skills. • Ability to adjust procedures of member service to keep the Credit Union at the forefront of member service. • Ability to understand and be aware of possible suspicious activities or transactions by members or by employees, directors, executives, or officers of the credit Union. Promptly notify management as required by credit union policy if unusual activity is observed which could be an indication of financial crime or efforts to evade reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act or other laws and regulations. • Proficient in utilizing ongoing technologies to successfully support sales and the sales management environment. • Ability to manage multiple locations to include all facets of teller operations, cash management, retail staffing, o perational efficiencies and member service; and successfully manage sales of complex financial services. • Willing to travel as needed. • Ability to communicate in a polished and professional manner with employees and members. Proven record of establishing and adhering to high standards. Ability to create and deliver a formal professional proposal / request regarding assigned retail responsibilities. • Ability to comply with all state and federal regulations. Education and Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience: Approximately five to seven years of demonstrated progression in job related experience. • High degree of experience with automated teller technology (preferably Core Operating System platforms).
