Marketing Support Assistant - Rebranding Project (3 months)new

Job Description

Yuh is going through an exciting rebranding effort, and we're looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented person to join our marketing team on a temporary basis to help bring our new branding to life across all our materials. This is a great opportunity for a student or someone between jobs to gain hands-on marketing experience at a fast-growing Swiss fintech. Please note this is a fixed 3-month mission with no possibility of extension beyond that period.

What You'll Do

• Adapt a wide range of existing Yuh assets to the new brand guidelines, including:
• Email templates
• Website assets
• Articles and blog content
• Internal and external documents
• Legal documents
• Other marketing collateral as needed
• Ensure consistency and precision across all updated materials
• Support the broader marketing team with various tasks that arise during the rebranding transition period
• Flag inconsistencies or issues in existing assets that need attention during the transition

Qualifications

• Meticulous and detail-oriented: you take pride in precise, careful work, even when it's repetitive
• Patient with tedious work: comfortable doing methodical, repetitive tasks across a high volume of assets
• IT/software literacy: comfortable working with Office tools, basic HTML, and other fully online/web-based tools
• Basic marketing knowledge: familiarity with marketing materials and branding concepts
• Languages: good command of both French and English (written and spoken)
