The Corporate Payments Sales, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) is responsible for Payments Sales coverage for UAE-headquartered Corporate and Commercial Banking clients across Large Cap and Mid Cap segments.

As a Senior Associate/ Vice President in Corporate Payments Sales, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) you will work closely with an established team of corporate bankers to ensure strong alignment of strategies and appropriate credit capacity across relevant products. In this sales role, you will develop partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product, and Implementation teams, and design and execute a localized market and product strategy while leading and managing key client pursuits and relationships. On the client side, you will build new relationships by partnering with Treasurers and Finance teams to deliver Payments solutions across Treasury Services, Trade, and Working Capital to meet their banking needs.

Your role will involve developing a clear roadmap to meet financial targets and enhance client experiences. You will lead and manage client initiatives, taking ownership of high-impact client interactions and engagements. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Payments relationships with an identified set of clients and prospects across Large and Medium Market Capitalization (Mid Caps)
  • Develop and manage strategies to deliver business results, including revenue growth and new sales targets across Payments: Treasury Services, Transactional Foreign Exchange (FX), Merchant Services, Trade and Working Capital solutions
  • Coordinate with Corporate Bankers and other lines of business to drive client strategy, cross-sell opportunities, and client outcomes
  • Support rollout of new products and initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize market penetration
  • Provide input into product development, marketing, and other strategic initiatives
  • Maintain an intensive client focus, identify client challenges, and develop effective solutions

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Master’s degree (MBA) in Chartered Accountant, or equivalent subject
  • Experience in Payments: Treasury Services, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Trade and Working Capital solutions, with a proven track record of managing client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of Payments and cash management solutions in the UAE and key international markets
  • Experience handling large, multi-country cash management Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Experience managing documentation negotiation
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering with cross-border teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Proven results-oriented performance, with the ability to build, influence, and lead strategic relationships; ability to lead and influence others
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision while delivering timely and accurate outcomes
