Job Description
We are looking for a structured, business-oriented and detail-driven PMO professional with strong experience in business continuity, project governance, executive reporting and cross-functional coordination. Able to work with senior stakeholders and international teams, translate complex topics into clear decision-making materials, and ensure robust follow-up of actions, risks, budgets and deliverables.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Coordinate the Group Business Continuity Management framework and support its continuous improvement.
- Act as a key contact for the eFront BCP module and help define required tool enhancements.
- Monitor the completion and quality of Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Analysis, recovery strategies, crisis management structures, and action plans.
- Coordinate BCP activities across HQ and regions ensuring alignment with Group requirements and deadlines.
- Deliver training sessions and provide operational support to global users on BCP processes and tools.
- Prepare and facilitate BCP Steering Committees
- Coordinate BCP testing campaigns, call-tree exercises, crisis simulations and remediation follow-up plans.
- Support operational resilience, risk management, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to business continuity.
PMO Support: As part of the PMO team, you will support the team’s activities and contribute to its day-to-day operations.
- Provide PMO support for strategic transformation, digitalization, AI, automation and business projects across Coface.
- Prepare executive dashboards, project portfolio reports, Steering Committee presentations, and Sponsors Committee reporting.
- Report project status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans across the portfolio.
- Coordinate budget monitoring and forecasts of Project Portfolio.
- Support project governance and ensure compliance with Coface project management methodology, tollgates and approval processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices, governance frameworks and reporting processes.
- Support administrative operations by managing SAP transactions, creating purchase orders for Operations and Business teams, and monitoring procurement activities, including quarterly accruals.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant PMO&BCP roles
French and English proficiency at a professional working level
Financial or technical educational background
Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
Strong autonomy and ability to work independently.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
