Job Description:

• Pricing Lead will be responsible for managing the development of new product initiatives and assisting Head of Pricing in any adhocs related to product.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Proficient in Excel, VBA Macro, AXIS
• Understand different types of products and profit drivers
• Have deep understanding of actuarial cashflows and able to quickly connect changes in assumptions with impact to profitability
• Understand the different needs of distribution
• Able to manage and lead a team of pricing analysts
• Able to communicate actuarial results and translate to recommended business decision
• Good communication skill (verbal and written) in English

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field
• 4-7 years of pricing experience
• Actuarial exam certifications (Associate certification or higher is preferred)

• Managing new product initiatives

• Negotiating with reinsurance
• Managing queries from Regional Office
• Assisting Head of Pricing in product-related adhocs
