The Recruiter Intermediate is an intermediate position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to develop appropriate sourcing strategy, such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Partner with respective Human Resource Advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talent
- Research markets and peer organizations to identify candidates, and provide positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates
- Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
- Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Gestionar el proceso integral de reclutamiento para posiciones corporativas, colaborando con líderes de negocio para atraer, evaluar y contratar talento de alta calidad, garantizando una experiencia positiva para los candidatos y el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de la organización.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end para posiciones corporativas.
- Establecer alianzas con Hiring Managers para entender sus necesidades de talento y definir estrategias de búsqueda.
- Identificar, atraer y evaluar candidatos mediante sourcing, entrevistas y assessment de competencias.
- Desarrollar y mantener pipelines de talento para posiciones clave.
- Analizar métricas de reclutamiento y proporcionar información de mercado para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Garantizar una experiencia positiva para candidatos y stakeholders durante todo el proceso.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua, diversidad e inclusión y optimización de procesos de Talent Acquisition.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, regulaciones y estándares éticos en todas las contrataciones.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín.
- 3 a 6 años de experiencia en Reclutamiento Corporativo, Especializado.
- Experiencia en ambientes altamente regulados, preferentemente banca o servicios financieros.
- Conocimiento de procesos de selección end-to-end y estrategias de sourcing.
- Manejo de LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS y métricas de reclutamiento.
- Inglés intermedio (oral y escrito).
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de stakeholders.
