As a Reference Data Analytics Solutions Manager Product Owner in the Data Strategy unit, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of reference data products within the Reference Data as a Service (RDaas) workstream. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data professionals to deliver scalable, high-quality reference data solutions that support business objectives and enhance the client experience. In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps, oversee product development throughout the lifecycle, and drive alignment across architecture, governance, and delivery teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, champion innovation, and leverage industry and market insights to ensure our reference data capabilities continue to evolve and deliver measurable business value.
Job responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Understand customer needs and improve customer experience.
- Translate strategy into requirements, prototypes, and prioritized initiatives.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and business teams on solution delivery.
- Manage a mix of onshore and offshore product team members.
- Drive product development, governance, and architectural alignment.
- Monitor industry, regulatory, vendor, and fintech trends and share insights with leadership.
- Lead workshops, decision-making sessions, and strategic reviews.
- Present recommendations and roadmap updates to senior management.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and product organizations.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Product management experience.
- Familiarity with cloud and modern front-end technologies.
- Strong software development understanding.
- Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering results
