Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive support to a group of Relationship Managers in managing and enhancing Premier Banking client relationships. Assist to support client’s general enquiries and product information request to ensure timely response and personalized quality service delivery.
What you will be doing:
Support and manage in-branch customer traffic at Premier Banking Centre and resolve clients’ enquiries on banking products/ services (if involves Investment or Insurance)
Support general enquiries on wealth and insurance products, such as checking UT fund price, a/c outstanding balance, effective date of the order or maturity of the deal (e.g. Linked Deposit etc)
Support RM and branch in account opening including Investment account
Review & check wealth and insurance transactions prepared by RM, and follow up with customers or internal Departments in case of any discrepancy
Provide I&I after sales services and follow-up
Identify customer potential need and conduct I&I referrals
Assist clients to resolve & follow through account maintenance and banking enquiries
Provide administrative support to RM, including customer meeting/appointment arrangement, handshaking onboarding NTB customers, documentation follow-up
What we are looking for:
Preferably degree holder in Banking & Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing requirements
