As a Senior Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced environment on a variety of client projects with an opportunity for regional assignments. You will play the role of a project manager for complex projects and ensure smooth project execution from end-to-end. You will work directly with directors and executive leadership and get to interact and learn from industry leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team including research for proposal submission, preparation for pitches, to ensure effective client contracting [including identifying joint and cross sell opportunities with other business lines
• Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
• Managing multiple and complex project engagements in a way that ensures profitable revenue for WTW, associate engagement and development and high client satisfaction
• Develop project plans, drive project schedule, collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, within and across teams to commit project goals, timelines and deliverable; track and manage action items, issues and risks
• Facilitate insights development including data collection, problem structuring, research / benchmarking, and analyses in efforts to gather valuable insights that impacts organization effectiveness
• Provide expertise in the survey process and the production of related materials to all client and support post survey deliverables including results presentation, focus groups and workshops
• Consulting expertise on diverse projects to improve organizational and business performance; collaborating and contributing to the design of innovative organisational and people solutions, approaches and strategies including employee experience, culture, leadership and talent strategies
• Manage client relationships and networks, working day-to-day with clients as the primary contact on delivery of services
• Develop effective written and verbal communication and client materials and presenting to mid / senior leadership

Between 6 - 12 years of relevant experience; preferably in strategy or human capital consulting
Advantageous to have knowledge and experience in any of the following fields / areas; Employee Engagement, Organization Culture, Talent Management, and Psychometrics assessments
Background in project management and excel at managing details of medium to large project
Proven ability to apply depth of knowledge for outstanding project delivery with tight deadlines
Flexible with a proven track record of delivering in fast paced and demanding environments
Ability to innovate and apply experiences to support business development initiatives
Polished oral and written communication skills; confident managing client relationships and presenting to mid / senior leadership
Minimum Undergraduate degree (Masters’ degree strongly preferred) in psychology, social sciences, human resources, organisational development or related field
