About The Role 

You will be joining FTI Consulting's market-leading Financial Services team in Strategic Communications, based in London. The team consists of approximately 50 professionals and is the leading Financial Services-focused communications advisory in the UK, supporting a broad range of clients including banks, investment banks, insurers, asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds and government organisations. 
 

What You'll Do
As a Senior Director, you will play a leading role in advising clients on corporate communications strategies, reputation management, stakeholder engagement and integrated communications campaigns. 

How You'll Grow

Deepen your expertise across the Financial Services sector, advise senior leaders on reputation challenges, collaborate internationally across FTI, play a central role in business development and commercial growth, mentor junior talent and join the Strategic Communications segment during a period of continued growth and expansion.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Own and manage senior client relationships and lead integrated communications programmes.

• Provide strategic communications counsel to Financial Services clients. 

• Develop integrated campaigns for media, investors, analysts, employees and customers. 

• Lead communications planning, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement initiatives. 

• Support issues management and reputation advisory work. 

• Lead business development activities, pitches, proposals and fee negotiations. 

• Mentor and develop junior team members. 

Basic Qualifications 

• Degree educated or equivalent. 

• Significant Financial Communications experience within Insurance. 

• Strong media relations and corporate communications expertise. 

• Experience in consultancy and/or in-house communications roles. 

• Proven pitching and new business development capability.
