Senior Engineer - RPAnew

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA & AI Developer to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions using RPA, Generative AI, and related technologies. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA and AI-enabled automation solutions.
• Build automations using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, OCR, NLP, and IDP into automation workflows.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Integrate bots with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and support teams during project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

RPA & Automation

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience developing attended and unattended automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Orchestrator, queues, assets, exception handling, and framework-based development.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms.
• Understanding of AI Agents, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and retrieval-based solutions.
• Experience with OCR, NLP, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and document understanding.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, C#/.NET, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, or web applications.
• Good understanding of Azure services and cloud-based automation architectures.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure AI Certifications.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale automation programs.
• Exposure to Process Mining, Task Mining, and Analytics platforms.

Salary Range:

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
