Ready to specialize in one of the most dynamic areas of public accounting? Aprio is seeking a Senior Tax Associate with a strong partnership tax foundation to support a diverse portfolio of real estate, development, and construction clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex business returns, taking ownership of engagements, and expanding their technical skills while working alongside experienced industry leaders and is ideally based in Portland, Oregon, with a hybrid work schedule, though we're open to exceptional candidates throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, who can support occasional in-person team and client needs.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Take ownership of complex real estate tax engagements from planning through completion
• Develop specialized expertise in partnership taxation, real estate transactions, and flow-through entities
• Build meaningful client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with an experienced team that is investing in technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, and modern tax delivery processes
