Senior Vice President Broking

We will count on you to:

• Design and develop competitive and innovative insurance/ reinsurance products that develop new clients and retain existing clients.
• Train, mentor and oversee performance management for a department or small unit, coordinate workload of team members and ensure team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
• Utilize knowledge of client industry to analyze risk reports and develop innovative approaches to difficult client needs and articulate the value to clients.
• Demonstrate a near complete understanding of coverage lines, markets and other more specialized products and keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions to better serve clients.
• Actively participate in the revenue/ budget process to ensure the financial success of the Company.
• Establish and maintain relationships with practice leaders, carriers client, advisors and sales professionals to better serve clients.
• Cultivates new clients and establishes relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Review and clarify contract documents and bond forms, as well as banking terms and conditions.
• Review and guide the Client on the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions.
• Review financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics.
