We're building CBA's next-gen digital wealth platform at scale.
You have deep .NET full stack expertise and technical leadership.
Together we redefine wealth experiences through innovation.
Do work that matters:
As a Staff Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack) in the Affluent Growth Crew, you'll help build the technology behind CBA's leading digital wealth experiences for mass affluent and high-net-worth customers. Within the Wealth & Private Chapter, including CBA's Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) offerings, you'll design and develop large-scale .NET services, APIs and event-driven systems that power critical customer journeys. With a strong back-end focus, you'll solve complex challenges across distributed systems, cloud-native architectures and high-volume transaction processing, integrating with a broad network of services across the bank.
You'll play a key technical leadership role, partnering with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to shape architecture and engineering direction across the domain. Working on highly scaled platforms where performance, resilience, observability and security are essential, you'll help deliver reliable systems that support significant customer demand every day. From designing robust API ecosystems and optimising service performance to mentoring engineers and leveraging AI-powered development tools, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the technology and the customers who rely on it.
