What’s the role?

As the State Manager, Referrer Channel QLD/SA/WA, you'll lead a team responsible for growing and supporting referral partner relationships across Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. You'll work closely with referral partners, lenders and internal stakeholders to drive customer outcomes, support business growth and strengthen market presence. This role combines people leadership, relationship management, strategic planning and problem-solving, while helping partners navigate processes, policies and business changes. This is a permanent full-time position.

We are open to both Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland candidates!

What do I need?

  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships.
  • Experience delivering business growth through sales, partner engagement or customer relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations and complex customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to develop and execute local business strategies while balancing customer, risk and commercial outcomes.
