What’s the role?
Your role as Team Manager in the Exits team will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the Exits function through ensuring strong customer outcomes, effective risk management and operational excellence.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team while driving meaningful process and system improvements that strengthen business outcomes, enhance efficiency and deliver a seamless customer experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for people leadership who is looking for a challenging opportunity to lead an exciting and dynamic team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leading risk analysts: allocating work, coaching and development, reviewing performance and managing capacity to ensure that cases are completed within designated timeframes.
- Overseeing Customer Exit decisions: Ensuring account closures (restrictions and blocks) are completed consistently and accurately.
- Managing financial crime risk: Ensuring compliance with AML/CTF, sanctions, customer due diligence and internal risk requirements.
- Stakeholder management: Establishing rapport with Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance and Customer facing teams where an exit impacts accounts and business operations.
What do I need?
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing or leading teams
- Strong analytical, problem solving and risk management capability with attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce risk and strengthen compliance outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
