As Vice President of Brand Management for Chase for Business, you’ll lead the strategy and execution that shapes how millions of small businesses experience and perceive our brand. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a marketer who can pair standout creative campaign management with rigorous performance measurement—building marquee, paid media campaigns that strengthen brand equity and drive measurable business growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Continuously steward the brand: help set and strategically evolve brand strategy for Chase for Business, helping define the positioning, messaging and guidelines that shape the brand. 
  • Lead marquee paid creative end-to-end: drive paid creative strategy and development from concept to launch across brand-building and action-driving campaigns, ensuring creative excellence across formats and platforms (video, social, digital, audio, OOH).
  • Oversee the creative lifecycle and delivery engine: guide brief development and lead concepting, creative testing/optimization, production, and trafficking to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time, on-budget execution. Guide talent integration decisions for fit, relevance, and performance.
  • Shape media channel strategy: collaborate with media partners to optimize channel mix, targeting, and spend. Drive innovation via new channels and emerging platform opportunities. 
  • Steward budget, controls, and ROI: own the brand budget, ensure compliance with finance and legal policies, identify efficiencies, and establish KPIs to link creative/media investments to measurable impact.
  • Lead agency and partner relationships: build strong cross-functional and external relationships (brand, media, insights, talent, analytics, legal/compliance, agencies).
  • Stay ahead of trends—and inspire the team: maintain a sharp view of industry and competitive landscape, while coaching and developing junior team members to raise the bar.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 8 years in advertising, media, or brand marketing.
  • Self-starter with a track record translating high-level objectives into actionable campaigns.
  • Strong project and timeline management to deliver campaigns efficiently and on time.
  • 360 campaign production experience, including asset trafficking proficiency.
  • Proven budget management and financial oversight skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate across creative, media strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management, navigating diverse viewpoints and building strong relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional nights or weekends for production shoots.
