APAC HR Advisory Support Associate

JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) · Other

Help leaders and managers make critical people decisions with clarity, discipline, and care. In this role, you will be the operational and analytical engine that keeps Human Resources advisory work moving—accurately, on time, and with strong stakeholder partnership. You will manage day-to-day case delivery, translate needs into clear actions, and coordinate across teams to improve outcomes and experiences. If you enjoy structured problem solving, working across priorities, and bringing order to complex requests, this role offers broad exposure and meaningful impact.

As a Human Resources Business Advisory Support Associate in the Human Resources Business Advisory Support team, you will provide operational, analytical, advisory, and client-management support to Human Resources Business Advisors and line-of-business stakeholders. You will run end-to-end case management with strong documentation and follow-through, balancing responsiveness, quality, and risk and control requirements. You will turn data and reporting into decision-ready insights and help simplify delivery by coordinating handoffs across teams.

  • Support Human Resources Business Advisors with case management and independently partner with line-of-business stakeholders to deliver strong people outcomes
  • Manage Human Resources casework end-to-end, including documentation, workflow tracking, and timely closure
  • Prioritize and execute multiple requests in parallel, resetting expectations early when timelines or quality may be at risk
  • Coordinate across Human Resources partners and related teams to align owners, handoffs, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, reconcile inputs, and interpret data to surface themes, risks, and opportunities
  • Identify issues early, resolve within scope using established guidance, and escalate sensitive or complex matters appropriately
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, confirming shared understanding and tailoring messages to different audiences
  • Maintain strong standards for confidentiality, conduct, policy, governance, and risk and controls in day-to-day execution
  • Improve processes by identifying recurring friction points, proposing practical enhancements, and supporting implementation
  • Guide stakeholders to appropriate tools and resources to enable effective self-service and reduce repeat issues
