Job Description
Purpose of the job
Build your career in investor services while working with a diverse portfolio of international private equity and closed-ended fund clients. As part of our Global Funds team, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class investor experience, supporting fund operations from onboarding through to ongoing administration and lifecycle events.
This is an opportunity to develop your expertise in fund administration, investor servicing and regulatory processes within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with investment advisers, fund directors, banking partners and internal specialists to ensure investor activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
From maintaining investor records and coordinating transactions to supporting capital calls, distributions and regulatory reporting, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the activities that keep fund operations running smoothly. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your responsibilities, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a team that is committed to delivering exceptional service for clients around the world.

Main responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned investor servicing activities, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the onboarding of new investors, helping to create a smooth and positive client experience from day one.
- Build strong working relationships with investment advisers, fund directors, banking partners and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to investor queries professionally and efficiently, providing a high standard of client service.
- Prepare and distribute capital call and distribution notices, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
- Monitor investor cash receipts and transactions in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain investor records and registers with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Support the administration of fund structures throughout their lifecycle while ensuring compliance with governing documents.
- Contribute to regulatory reporting activities, including FATCA and Common Reporting Standard requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless service to clients and investors.
- Get involved in team projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience gained within fund administration, investor services or a financial services environment, ideally with exposure to private equity or closed-ended fund structures.
- Understanding of anti-money laundering requirements and regulatory reporting obligations, including FATCA and Common Reporting Standard.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
